Do I have to cross a ZTL gate to reach you?
Yes, and that is normal: the garage is inside the ZTL. We register your number plate and report the transit to the city, so your entry is exempt. No fine.
Do I have to book or register the plate online?
No. Everything happens at the entrance: you give us the plate, we report it to the city. No app, no forms.
How far in advance do I have to give you the plate?
We register it when you arrive at the garage. That is the safest way to be covered.
Does it work for rental or company cars?
Yes. All we need is the plate of the vehicle you drive in with, whoever the registered owner is.
Which gates should I use?
Any ZTL gate is fine: we register your plate, it works for all of them. The most convenient to reach us are Ponte S. Gregorio Barbarigo, Via Vescovado and Via Busonera. Just avoid the gates of the reserved bus and taxi lanes: that is a different fine, which the garage cannot cancel.
And if I get a fine anyway?
Call us with the notice: we check the plate registration and assist you in handling it.
